9. Governing Law

Governed by PRC laws (excluding conflicts). In case of conflict between this English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version prevails. However, nothing deprives EU/EEA consumers of mandatory protections under local law. Disputes resolved through negotiation; unresolved submitted to People's Court in Nanshan District, Shenzhen.
